[+303] There are some type of people who just can't stand watching others do well in life.. This classmate is doomed to a life of envy.. but I hope they're able to break free and live a happy life ๐
[+180] Like the #metoo movement, I feel like the school bullying movement has devolved into people who are either exaggerating or making up lies out of their own jealousies. If this classmate was so sure about his claims, he would come to the country and file a report instead of hiding like this.
[+139] 'The Glory' has brought school bullying scandals to the forefront but it feels like Koreans just latch on to any issue like a trend and make a fuss out of it until it passes
[+62] And why won't he come and file a police report if his claims are true?
- [+52] Why the hell would anyone take time off of their jobs to spend thousands ona plane ticket, thousands on a hotel, just to come to Korea to file a police report?;;;;;; I live in the US myself and I don't think I could do something like that so easily. The police should just request a Zoom interview instead.
[+62] It's funny to me that the police are using "failure to comply," but why would they expect him to spend his own money to come all the way to Korea just to file a report ใ ใ ใ
[+57] I don't even know why so many are out to get Jo Byung Kyu anyway ใ กใ ก
[+48] The police are absolutely ridiculous. No one's going to take time out of their life to fly all the way from New Zealand to Korea - a 12 hour flight - just to "prove" that they were bullied in school ใ ใ ใ ใ The police should be getting New Zealand police involved instead
[+24] If I had to spend my own money and time to file such a report, I wouldn't do it either
[+19] I'm a neutral party, I don't even really know what's going on with this scandal, but this person lives out of the country. It's not like you're asking someone from Daegu to come down to Seoul to file a report. And if this classmate is the same age as the actor, he must be in his mid...twenties? Then he's either still a student or entry-level in his field, and you're really expecting him to take weeks out of his work life, spend thousands on tickets and hotels, just to come to the country and comply with investigations??????? It's unfair for the police to make it sound like the victim is refusing to comply for the sake of it.
[+25] Uh, why isn't the police going to New Zealand if they want his statement so bad? Why would you even demand that they come all the way to the country for it? "Failure to comply"? What a joke. Unless you've bought him a ticket and booked him a hotel, you shouldn't get to accuse the victim of "failing to comply."
