Report on survey of 6,839 Koreans in ages ranging from 20-69 years old.
Average height of Korean men: 172.5 cm
Average height of Korean women: 159.6 cm
Since the last survey in 1979, men grew on average 6.4 cm, women 5.3 cm.
Average BMI report suggested 47% of men were overweight, and 22.6% of women were overweight, with 55.5% of men in their late thirties being overweight, and 16.3% of women in their late thirties being overweight. (Overweight = BMI over 25)
